Consultation
We meet on-site to walk the property, understand your vision, and assess scope. We'll talk through budget ranges, timeline expectations, permit requirements, and any site challenges upfront — so there are no surprises later.
You receive a detailed, line-item estimate within 5 business days. We break costs down by trade so you know exactly where every dollar goes. We also offer value engineering — if something can be built smarter or more cost-effectively without sacrificing quality, we'll tell you.
A dedicated project manager runs your job from day one. We coordinate all subcontractors, pull all permits, schedule inspections, and send you weekly progress updates. You have one point of contact for everything — no chasing down trades.
We do a full final walkthrough together and complete a punch list of any remaining items. We don't consider the job done until you're satisfied. You receive all warranties, manuals, permit sign-offs, and documentation before we close out.
